Adding dreadlocking to your list of services is an excellent way to diversify your clientele and increase your earning potential. Nearly every dreadlock client I’ve ever worked with in 10 years has told me how hard it was to find a stylist they could trust—proof that the demand is real and the industry needs more skilled artists.

That’s why I’ve kept it approachable and affordable. My goal is for you to feel confident in your craft and to be able to make back your investment with just a few clients. Because learning a new skill should open doors, not drain your bank account.
The best part? Because I am a full time traveler; I come to your salon or studio to teach you! No travel or extra time off for you and I have a flexible schedule - we can find what works for us both.
What You'll Learn
I don't know about you, but as a stylist Ive been to one too many expensive look and learn classes. Thats why I offer private and small group lessons to be sure you get hands on experience to master your new craft quickly.
Sectioning
Sectioning is critical for setting your clients up for success. Clean, organized sectioning prevents issues like matting.
Decoration
The fun part!This is very much a choose your own adventure but I can show you where to get started with decorating dreadlocks
Crochet Deadlocking
The method I use is commonly called crochet, Ive learned from some of the best in the industry and also found what works best for me and my clients
Adding Extensions
Many clients will either need or want to add length to their hair! Over the years I have developed a way that I like to add hair, but I will show you a variety of ways to attach extra hair
Maintenance
Maintenance helps clean up already existing dreadlocks, working back in any new growth or loose hair.
Repair Work
Its inevitable to sometimes end up with weak spots, damage, or a dread or two in need of combining, Ill show you how I address each situation
Foundation
$600
This is where your loc journey as a practitioner begins. We'll work with extension hair and synthetic to go over technique, then you'll dreadlock a mannequin and add extensions to it — hands-on from start to finish.
Approximately 3–4 hours.
Full Experience
$950
Everything in the Foundation, plus you'll join me for a real client install from start to finish. You'll see how I consult, section, work, and problem-solve in real time — and get hands-on time too. This is education you can't get from a mannequin.

*students are required to supply their materials and model for classes- due to the nature of van travel and living - and most stylists likely already have what you need! I will provide you with a supply list
